Announcement
Volvo Car USA LLC is pleased to announce a new special tool ordering process. Starting January 1st, 2019 a new special tool ordering process will be started utilizing the familiar parts ordering system. Volvo Special Tools will now be stored in and distributed from the Volvo Parts Distribution centers, like other vehicle parts, for all Retailers and Independent repair shops.
US and Canadian Independent repair shops will have an special ordering routine, that mirrors that of the retailers ,established through the Volvo Car Bookstore website.
*One important point to note. Volvo is insourcing ONLY the Special Tool business. Bosch will remain our direct source for Workshop Equipment.

Welcome to Volvo Cars new Special Tools site!
It is not only the design that is new, the search function has also been improved. At the startpage the search function works in the same way as a search engine. The latest news are also fronted on the homepage for a better overview. Under search, it is possible to be specific regarding the search criteria and also choose more than one model at the same time. The choices made under the Advanced tab also apply to the chosen models under the Cars tab. Training videos will be uploaded when needed for a better understanding of how to use certain tools.
A new Special Tools department has been established within Volvo Cars. The new team consists of Johan Wåhlström, Senior Design Engineer; Stellan Gustafsson, Product Owner; Ivan Mori, Business Function Manager; Hans Boström, Senior Design Engineer; Linda Dragovic, Special Tools Manager; Anna-Maria Dimitrieva, Market Coordinator, David Nordholm, Section Project Leader and Mats Laamanen, Senior Project Leader (missing from the photo). The first delivery for the new team is 19W17.
